Due to OH & S regulations the layout of the Woodside Hall has been changed from 2007. Woodside Hall. Because of this some 2007 exhibitors will find that their site is no longer there or could be larger than required. There are the following sizes now available. 3m x 2m (1 only) 2m x 3m (4 only) 2.5m x 3m (4 only) 3m x 3m (15 only) 4m x 4m (6 only) 4m x 3m (2 only) 5m x 4m (1 only)
All sites are costed on $20 per square metre There are also windows on either side of the hall which can be opened in the event that we again have a warm May. Apart from that there will only be the one entrance and exit at the end of the hall. The doors on either side will be closed once you have all set up. There is also a Kiosk as well as toilet/disabled facilities within the building and electricity should be able to be provided to most exhibitors, but please indicate on your Application Form if you require this, as if you are in the centre, we will need to know in advance in order to run the appropriate chords to your site. We are sure that you will all be pleasantly surprised with the building and its facilities.
