Wine Grapes Marketing Board Marquee |

Eligibility: Small exhibitors who only require a small space and are providing information in various agricultural areas. The layout above shows those companies/businesses who were in the Marquee in 2009. All exhibitors have first refusal on their site. If they have not confirmed by 31 January 2010 their site is “up for grabs”. All exhibitors are placed on a “first in” basis. Cost: 3m x 3m = $275 (includes 1 trestle & 2 chairs plus 2 complimentary passes)
5m x 4m = $440 (includes 1 trestle & 2 chairs plus 2 complimentary passes)
Electricity provided free of charge but you must supply your own leads and double adaptors and advise what you need the power for.
Additional Costs
Tables: $15.00 per table Chairs: $ 1.00 per chair
Hay Bales: $5.50 per bale (hired not bought)
Extra Passes: $5.00 per pass
W.G.M.B. Seminars
In 2009 the WGMB held very successful seminars—half an hour duration, commencing at 10 am each day and finishing at 3 pm. This enabled many companies to be able to talk to more people at once. Some companies only held one seminar but others had two and sometimes three or four over the two days. All were well attended.
These seminars were directed more towards the wine industry but they could also accommodate any exhibitors whose interests are in other aspects of agriculture. There is no charge for this facility.
